Intrusion — Thou shalt not commit adultery

Harold Rhéaume interviews Ariane Voineau dancer in the 2021 version of Les Dix Commandements and Maud Simoneau, dancer of the 1998 version.

Part of the series of interviews for the piece The Ten Commandments, this video features dancers Maud Simoneau and Ariane Voineau and choreographer Harold Rhéaume. A conversation about a role that is both raw and sensual, yin and yang, where artists no longer define themselves by gender – reflecting the times and the choreographer’s work. It is also a look back at the choreographic writing, inspired largely by emotions that guide the movement and dialogue with the dancers.
