From the series of interviews with the original and current dancers of the Harold Rhéaume piece The Ten Commandments, this new video features dancers Patrick Lamothe and Jean-François Duke, along with the choreographer.

The artists consider the massive challenge of this role: opening the piece, alone – even supported by the other dancers’ energy – in power and simplicity, and even humility – to use Harold’s words.

An interview that reveals the gestation of the role, the desire to unveil the humanity beneath the rock star, the need to be fully present to what unfolds
