Launch of L’essor de la vie culturelle au XXIe siècle. Perspectives France-Québec

May 16 marked the launch of L’essor de la vie culturelle au XXI^e, edited by Maryse Paquin and published by Les Presses de l’Université de Montréal. The book includes 16 essays drawing a multi-faceted portrait of the effects of cultural policies in France and Quebec over the past 25 years. It includes a chapter by Lise Gagnon, Executive Director of the FJPP, and Nicole Turcotte, a dance professor and creator of the Educational Discovery Guide in the virtual exhibition Jean-Pierre Perreault, Choreographer. The authors describe the importance of choreographic transmission at the FJPP and initiatives aimed at reaching diverse audiences.
