Interview with Peter Jasko about his career and approach to teaching contemporary dance in an international context.

In the Circuit-est series En aparté, the dancer and teacher Peter Jasko tells us about the importance of slowing down to better observe movement. Originally from Slovakia, he notes his native country’s philosophical influence on his way of approaching movement. Having found in teaching a new form of perspective and of freedom, he bases his pedagogy on planting seeds of learning that reveal themselves to the dancers over time
