On May 8, 2014, the Fondation Jean-Pierre Perreault (FJPP) announced a series of major projects it is planning to undertake as it celebrates its 30th anniversary.
At today’s event, held at Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec (BAnQ), the FJPP presented a moving tribute to Perreault and discussed how it plans to pursue its mission of promoting and transmitting Quebec’s choreographic heritage to both the general public and dance professionals. The initiatives will benefit Quebec’s dance community and all dance enthusiasts.
The FJPP has built on the expertise it developed preserving and showcasing the work of Jean-Pierre Perreault (1947-2002) to assume a unique role in promoting Quebec’s contemporary dance heritage.
