Espace Perreault Choreographic transmission is dedicated to research and research-creation around dance practices and memories; it fosters reflection and develops cultural mediation tools based on dance creation, documentation and transmission processes. It is open to multiple voices and forms of experimentation.

Espace Perreault is currently seeking to fill a temporary position (30 weeks) for a media project manager to assist the team in carrying out its various activities.

 

Mandatory prerequisite: be eligible for an employment wage subsidy and have in hand your letter of eligibility for the measure before sending your resume and cover letter.

Job description:

Creation of media content:

  • Capture and editing of videos with dance artists
  • Audio recordings and editing of interviews with dance artists (podcasts)

Assistance with event organization:

  • Assistance with logistics: purchasing, space planning, etc.

Assistance to the organization:

  • Perform any other related tasks to support the development of the organization.

 

Skills required:

  • Strong interest in dance and the creation of media content;
  • Experience in video (filming and editing) and audio recording;
  • Ability to respond to different situations and support different projects
  • Ability to work as part of a team, both in person and virtually;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Dynamism, curiosity, flexibility, bilingualism.
