Artist notebooks are fascinating. Here are a few pages from a notebook Marie Claire Forté used when she returned to teaching, six months after the birth of her daughter Imogen. Code of conduct to stay in dance, experiments related to her ideas… these pages are a brief incursion into Marie Claire’s intimate world: “find desire to danse / find organization, find disorganization.”
