Chloé Saintesprit (they/them), a project manager with over sixteen years of experience in France and Canada, has specialized as a consultant in equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI), as well as a trainer and speaker. A former dance performer and cultural worker, they bring their expertise to the arts, culture and organizational sectors.

Holding degrees in dance (UQAM), management (HEC Montréal) and communication and administration (Paris), they have also completed a certification in DEI Strategies for Business Impact at the Cambridge Judge Business School.
